Which version of photoshop do you use? I'm going to download one, but there are many different versions to choose from.

It's tough to cut through that many layers and still have a clean edge. Not worth it to me, but if you can find a way to do it effectively, I'd love to hear it!

Find a local print shop (Not a copy shop), they should have a flatbed cutter that will cut them clean. If everything is printed & glued precisely it should be no problem going through a couple hundred sheets of card stock at a time. With the ones we have where I work, you're looking at about 1 minute worth of time!

It's easy, make a 4x6 blank image in 300 PPI and place two cards on it, and print it.

How do you print 2 cards on a 4x6 if each card is 2.5x3.5?

No. Two cards side by side would have twice the width (2x2.5=5) but the height would remain 3.5 since you aren't putting one on top of the other.

If you're still confused....get two cards and a 4x6 photo. You'll figure it out.

Currently I'm using HP Premium Plus Soft Gloss photo paper. It has an incredible feel to it and an almost iridescent sheen to it.
