I've been trying to do some custom cards myself, and man yours are light years beyond anything I can do.
Do you have a card stock preprinted with that background or are you printing the whole thing in one go?

I build a template from scratch, then once the template is made, I can substitute photos & info pretty easily.

3 returns yesterday... all for the Cubs Alumni project. Dave Geisel returned 3/4 customs (K1AO) in about 6 months, Mike Tyson returned 4/4 and Randy Martz returned 3/4 (K1AO) in 9 days.

Weird return today... I sent 4 customs off to Vic Roznovsky in 2012. He quickly signed 3/4 and kept one as offered. Received a note from him today with the 4th card & a signed postcard apologizing for the delay. Odd.
