    Here's some "Oversized Proofs."
    They are a little larger than a regular trading card (Were they cut large from an uncut sheet in the aftermarket? Were they used by the company as an actual proof? I don't know)

    Yeah, I usually find them on eBay. Sometimes other sites.



    Here is a 1999 Collector's Edge Supreme Galvanized 170
    It is supposed to be #/250. This one is not (so, probably one that CE held back in case of factory replacement/damaged card).
    I now have 2 of these
