My father was down in Arizona for Cubs Spring Training a couple weeks back. I made some customs up for him to take down on the trip. He was able to secure four Cubs at the game. From the top left and going clockwise... James Russell, Matt Garza, Tony Campana, and Ian Stewart. He left very impressed with Ian Stewart.



He also had an opportunity to meet Gaylord Perry and picked up a signed ROLB3 with his hall of fame year on it. He said Perry was really nice.

First, I finished off this pic by getting Kyle Long at Dean's Dugout in Naperville, IL.


Picked up two from Tanner Roark at a signing in Morris, Illinois on Oct. 20.



And finally, snagged Keith Ortega from the Super Bowl XX champs in Plainfield, IL.

Ok, here's a few more I've picked up. The Josh McCown & Corey Wooten were snagged at a signing at Dean's Dugout in Naperville, Illinois on Dec. 16, 2013. Then for Christmas, my Mother-In-Law picked up the Mickey Owen, Joe Klippenstein, and Joe Munson auto's from Rich Altman's Hollywood Collectibles. The Munson in on a photocopied 8 X 10, so I may turn that into a custom eventually, but I love the others.

So, it's been a year since I've updated this thread... I really didn't do a lot of IP last year. But I've started 2015 with a bang.

First, one from late 2014, I had gone to a benefit for a local child fighting cancer. Padres' rookie Jake Goebbert was there signing with proceeds going to the cause. He signed an 8 X 10 for me, plus a ball they provided. The ball is just a cheap Dick's Sporting Goods ball, so I'm not sure how that one will stand up over time, but we'll see. Jake is the only person from my high school to date to play pro ball, so this has a lot of sentimental value. He is a class act as well.

Then, on January 5, I picked up two more signatures on my Blackhawks jersey. Trevor VanRiemsdyk and HOF broadcaster Pat Foley were signing at Dean's Dugout in Naperville, Illinois. Pat even personalized with his "Hawks Win!" inscription. Both were extremely friendly and personable.

Two more recent IP signings to share.

First is former Oakland Raider Stuart Schweigert. He signed an 8X10 pic for me at the Saginaw Sting/Chicago Blitz indoor football game on May 16, 2015.

Second is a game used Oklahoma Redhawks Jersey from former White Sox and Rangers player Kelly Dransfeldt. I purchased the jersey a few years ago on eBay and had Kelly sign it on June 16, 2015. Here is a pic of the jersey auto'd and the tag.
