You're in luck, bought a blaster box of these and I have about half of the cards you listed:

I'll throw in the lone insert I got, a Peyton Manning Touchdown Kings

All in good shape, pack pulled by myself.

Don't think this is worth much in trade, so I was thinking if you mail, say, 2 packs of either football or basketball cards, I'll give ya the cards and the S/H and call it even? Don't care what brand, if they're $2-$3 each, that's fine with me.
