Did he say it was in mint condition?
If so then you should leave bad feedback if you can't work things out. Otherwise, there wasn't really a guarantee of it being in good condition was there?

Questioning other members for help is cool, But pls dont confront anyone on the board(if it was a member here) Try to resolve this through e-mail or a pm first and If you need further assistance, Pls let us know. This could also be the fault of the U.s. mail, But how was the card packaged? Bubble mailer or envelope? Top loader or ??.. If the card was in a top loader, packaged correctly, It may sure be the sellers fault. Then leave neg. feedback. But try to resolve this with the seller first. Tell them , the card was not as advertised, and you want your money back.

If you do not clear it up Privately, my opinion would be to post the agreement, and a scan of the card!!!

that might be a problem, i dont see how a card in a toploader in MINT condition can even have creases. i mean you would think damage happens often, but no. if it is in the toploader and was when you received it, chances are this guy is lying. i just dont see how a card even packaged VERY POORLY in a toploader can be creased unless it was previously damaged.
