There is a place called "L'imaginaire" in Place Laurier Shopping Center.
I don't know if their prices are good, but I know that it's a beautiful & huge hobby shop to visit.

There was another store at Place Fleurs de Lys, but don't know if it is still there.

"L"imaginaire" is a very good looking place. Almost impossible to trade, asking 2xBV in trade for their cards. Selling at full BV plus taxes.
TPM is cool too, more easy to deal, but don't have so much stock on shelves.
They are another one in "Mail Beauport" don't remember the name, but some friend tell me more easy place for dealing.
