I had a similar problem with a card I purchased on ebay.

He apparently shipped it on May 21st and with a week to go before I went on vacation for 2 weeks it still had not arrived. I messaged him asking if it had definitely been shipped and had no reply (which made me really worried!). Came back from my vacation yesterday and had it in the post.

But then I had a card delivered within 5 days of winning. (Shipping from USA to UK). Which is insanely quick I think.
