His isn't #ed. That was the give away on most of the fakes.

This card originally belonged to upperdeckboxbreak, i'm waiting for his response here. He told me it was real and people on SCF doesn't know what they are talking about.

the to /90 version has the same picture on the front as yours has on the back i believe.

i did a search for the legends thread and couldn't find anything. i have never heard of such fakes on the legends, but would be very interested in reading more about them if someone can find it.
