I will exchange base for them at the following rate

2000-2005 insert,parallel,#'d for 1 base

2005-2010 insert,parallel,#'d for 1.5 base

2010- present inserts,parallel,#'d for 2 base

you dont have to list what inserts,parallel,#'d youre sending and no i dont expect them to be full of superstars either. But ill be sending the Pats star base along with commons
