Question How much does it cost to size/fit a watch?

I'm going to be buying a watch soon. I'm going to buy it online, and then bring it in somewhere to size it.

How much does it cost to size/fit it?

By the way, this is my 20,000th post.

Not much, really. All it takes it taking a few links out of the watch. Go to one of those little pagodas at the mall, or Walmart. Although, Walmart probably won't do it unless they sell the watch there.

Hey buddy. You can go to pretty much any store in a mall that sells watches and they'll do it for 5-10 bucks.

you can actually do it yourself as well without tools. It depends on the watch as to how easy it is, but tons of people have instructions online as well as videos showing how to do it.

I'll look at some videos, but I think I want someone else to do for it me.

If you're polite and considerate, every watch store I have taken my watch to has done it for free. Tell the store representative you're new to buying a watch and honestly don't know how to take/add links to the band. Ask if their not busy with something else to help you do it. Any jewelry store at your local mall should do it for free if you ask nicely.

Oh wow, that would be great.

I can save about 33% by buying the watch online. Has anyone had experience with purchasing a watch online? Is it safe? I was going to buy from Watches By Design.

Their prices are cheaper than the manufacturer's price, because they buy them in bulk from the manufacturer, so that they can sell them at a discounted price.

No more than $10....you can take it anywhere and they can do it. It is not hard with the right tools
