    An hour at Caps practice today

    Got Coach Boudreau this morning on a puck, then felt lucky to get Alexander Semin on an 8x10, then felt REEEEEALLY happy to get my 16x20 of Ovechkin signed! He signed it on the blue of his uniform and it is basically a scribble, but I am perfectly fine with that!
