OPC Premier Prestigious pairings 08-09 (i think), well they were produced and signed by one of the two goobers but the other lost them so it had to be remade and there was no indication of when that would be so I requested a replacement, hopefully they do right by me lol

It can only be considered false advertisement if they never had any intention of producing the card. They obviously intended to have the card available to people, otherwise they wouldn't have gone to the length of making the card and sending it to the player to be signed and returned.

I redeemed an Exquisite Dual Logoman which took over two years without result. "Atheletes committed to signing etc etc". I finally asked to simply get the card without the autos. The UD rep told me that the card was NEVER made.

So is that fraud or false advertisement? They INTENDED to make the card, told everyone that they INTENDED to insert it into packs but never did either of the above. The fact the rep actualy told me that the card was never made raised one big fat question which I posed to the rep immediately........WHAT HAVE I BEEN WAITING FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS ?

You may have a long wait. I just got a replacement yesterday for a request I made back in March/April.

My UD replacement stories or redemption waits have took similarly long as everyone else. Upper Deck motto. Redemption's a good for us and stuck for our customers but who cares!
