    UFC 121: Lesnar vs. Velasquez



    You must be at least a prospect or a Premium/VIP member to enter this contest



    UFC 121 takes place Saturday, Oct. 23, 2010 at 10 p.m. EST. All entries must be posted before noon EST that day, and any posts that are edited for any reason after that deadline will be immediately disqualified.

    How To Play

    For each fight, select the winner as well as if you think the fight will end by referee stoppage, or if you think the fight will go to a decision. Responses must say "Stoppage" or "Decision" only. If you post "Sub" or "Choke" or anything other than "Stoppage" or "Decision" the prediction will not count.

    Additionally, you have the OPTION of selecting which round you think the stoppage will occur in. However, you will be penalized if you guess incorrectly. If you think the fight will go to a decision, you can earn no points for guessing the round. Keep in mind you are not required to guess the round, so only do so if you want to go for the bonus points!

    Simply reply to this thread with your selections to be entered in the contest!

    NOTE: You can earn points for choosing decision/stoppage and/or round of stoppage REGARDLESS if you picked the correct fighter to win

    How To Earn Points

    Correctly picking the winner: 3 points
    Correctly choosing decision/stoppage: 1 points
    Correctly guessing stoppage round: 4 points (-2 if incorrect)

    Selections for the following fights will be accepted:

    Champ Brock Lesnar vs. Cain Velasquez
    Martin Kampmann vs. Jake Shields
    Diego Sanchez vs. Paulo Thiago
    Matt Hamill vs. Tito Ortiz
    Gabriel Gonzaga vs. Brendan Schaub

    Prize

    The member who submits the qualifying entry with the most points recieves a 2010 Topps Main Event Phil Baroni auto/gear card #32.


    * Please note the card pictured above is a stock photo and not the actual card the winner will receive.

    In the event of a tie, the member with the higher rank will be awarded the prize. If there is still a tie, the member with the most feedback on SCF will be awarded the prize. If there is STILL a tie, the member who has been on SCF longest will be awarded the prize.
