Received Emails form the following explaining there is no more Fan Packs available:
Chicago Blackhawks - We no longer offer "fan packs".
Pittsburgh Penguins - I am sorry but we do not have any fan packs to mail out.
Toronto Maple Leafs - Unfortunately we do not have any fan packs available at this time.
