Group break #3: What would you rather break Elite or Classics?

I'm thinkin of doing #3 with either Donruss Elite or Donruss Classics.

Both cases come out the same week towards the end of June.

Donruss Elite would roughly be $79.50 delivered to your door
Donruss Classics would roughly be $84.50 delivered to your door.

Again, this is just for interest sake and nothing is set up yet and I am not taking reservations on break #3.

Please vote using the poll above and also post your comments on why you choose your selection.

    Thanks!

I don't know much about Classics, but I broken a few packs of 2004 Elite and I did pretty good on those packs, so my vote goes to Elite (for now). I think Classics has 3 GU/autos per box, while Elite has 2 GU/autos per box, so I don't think you go wrong choosing either product.

You are correct on Classics...3 gu/autos per box. I'm not sure on Elite tho.

I'd have to go with Classics. Please let me know when you're going to do this, Russ. I'd love to be in on it. I should be out of the hospital by the time you guys get the Topps DP&P so i'll be able to participate.

    Thanks,
    Paul

I probably wont participate in it but:

Donruss Elite has the sweetest looking cards ever made, I just love looking at their autos. And from the few packs I've got in them its always been something nice.

Donruss Classics always has the best variety of players and GU-Autos, I think if you want to get an easy sale go with Classics because more people will end up buying them and they are a very nice product too....

If I had to buy one box this whole month and it had to be one of those I would probably choose elite just because theres always a good chance of pulling a rare auto. (Same case for Classics but I never seem to pull anything)

how about both? lol just kidding. I don't think you can go wrong with either set. They both have some sweet looking cards judging by 2004 sets.

Did you decide what one you are doing? If you do Elite I'll probably buy one.
