If you like a deep checklist, cheap card, good looking card, I'll try the Panini Certified Fabric of the Game

I think it have 150 card in the set, so deep checklist, and card are numbered 1-150

I would think any of the SP Game Used authentic fabric sets would be pretty doable.

i was gonna say any of the Pacific sets (like 2001-2003) would be pretty easy..but they aren't very valuable so if your looking for value skip over it, if you are looking for something cheap it should work

2000-01 Black Diamond Game Gear isn't too bad to put together. There are a few uncommon ones, and one extremely rare one in the Fuhr, but it is one of the favorite classic memorabilia sets of all time. Looks really awesome completed.

I've always found pretty much every SPGU single player GU set pretty easy with a lot of players on it. For example, 07/08 has Crosby, Ovy, Roy and Brodeur. everything else is 30 Bv or less and also includes guys like Jagr, Sakic, Fuhr, Gaborik, kovalchuk, Healtey, etc.
Ditto with a non-paralleled Artifacts Base set. You might even find a Lemieux or Gretzky in there too.
Black Diamond Quads are a bit of a step up with a larger checklist, but more big names and more scrubs.
Some of the more recent Panini Ones are looking good too. Boys of winter for instance. Lots of choices.
I don't suggest UD S1 or S2. There's always this one limited SSP that goes for 100+ whenever its released. Too hard to track down.

UD Series 2 always have good, cheap sets that don't have many SP's.
