You really ARE out of your mind dude!
That Montreal Kool Aid is about 100 proof huh?
To get Simmonds would cost you someone like Weber straight up or maybe a player like Max Pacioretty or Jarred Tinordi and a 1st rounder.
Hemsky? The rumors are out there but I would shocked if they gave up Schenn in a deal for him. It would need to be someone bigger than that to snag Schenn.
Hemsky is what? In his late 20's? I don't think LA would give up one of the best prospects out there at only 19 years of age for a guy like that. It would have to be a superstar they would keep long term to offset the loss of a guy they envision helping this team long term as well.

He's 27, 1 year (after this) left on a pretty reasonable 4.25 million per year contract.
Hemsky is a legit top line player - and I get the feeling that the Oilers are shopping him around as such. Not really any pressure to deal him, but would for the right offer.
What I've read was they've been asking for Schenn, Hickey, and a draft pick. Too much for Hemsky? Maybe, and I'm not going to suggest it's happening.... just re-quoting what I've heard Tambo's asking price is.
They've apparently told Minnesota the cost would be Brett Burns, a 1st, and a 2nd.
Atlanta for Bogosian+ was rumoured a while back (though with Atlanta falling out of it, this one HAS to be dead).
Any of this going to happen? I doubt it. My bet is Hemsky is still in Edmonton Monday night - and if the Kings do get another player..... they do it elsewhere.
