Hi trying to figure out if anyone has done this and have you seen good results, I would really like to try this as it looks very intense, and I have to find it as I am not trying to pay $120 for it I know it can be found cheaper somewhere lol. Daniel

I've done p90x. Best workout series there is. Only thing is that you're going to need to purchase bands, pullup bar, mat, etc. I was lucky enough to score a set of the Bowflex Selectech Dumbells for cheap. You have the ability to build more mass with p90x but Insanity is a higher paced, more cardio intense workout. Never tried it but heard good things.

I've tried Insanity. Out of the 9 week's, I did like 6-7 and stopped because I lost a week or so while I was on vacation.

But out of those 7 weeks or so, I lost 25-30 lbs and saw a pretty significant change starting to happen. Unfortunately, I believe most of the weight and change comes from the 2nd month, which was the month I stopped in. But I believe its worth the money, and yes its pretty high-paced.

If your looking to lose weight, than I'd suggest giving Insanity a try. If your looking to get in shape and maybe gain a little mass, then perhaps p90x is more your speed. Either way, Insanity is a great workout program.

Don't really need to lose the weight I weigh 127lbs soaking wet lol, however I was always an athlete in high school and while I was in the Air Force and have been out of the working out business for a while but Insanity just looks like so much fun to me and a great work out, thanks. Daniel
