It's that time of year where I start staying up late at night to listen to the radio broadcasts of my hometown Kelowna Rockets!

Saskatoon Blades, even hated by Saskatonians. Just like 1966, 1975, 1985, 1998, 2005, anybody but the Blades.

Since my Hitmen and Thunderbirds managed to finish way out of the playoffs... I gotta cheer for the Blades in the East and the Rockets in the West!

The Rockets have a decent chance to come out of the West, but Portland, Spokane and Tri-Cities are all very, very strong. Even Vancouver could hit a hot streak and prove unbeatable. Gotta cheer my Rockets though.

Edmonton definitely has an uphill battle... that being said I look forward to watching the games in Edmonton because they will at least be enjoyable to watch.

I have to cheer for my hometown Warriors, though they should still be playing under the name "Moose jaw Canucks" as they were 70 years ago.
Warriors are from Wpg.
