I've been watching the TSN playoff preview show, and it seems like Ward is just trying way too hard to come up with insightful comments instead of just voicing his opinion like the others are doing.

He just said this when discussing the Sabres-Flyers series:

"Your goalie is the most tangible factor in your net"

Wow, thanks for that! Seriously......if you've got your talking points prepared, as these guys obviously do, you can't say that kind of absolute nonsense. But at least it's entertaining.
