    RC or not a RC

    Sorry if this question has already been brought up, but I thought I'd ask:

    Do Victory Update RCs (found in UD Ser. 2 packs) count as true RCs? Or are they simply 1 per pack inserts?

    They are considered true RCs as they're the continuation of the existing Victory set.
