Bobby Ryan Called on the Carpet

Anaheim Ducks forward Bobby Ryan will be speaking to the NHL, about his skate stomp on Predators defenceman Jonathan Blum during the Ducks 5-3 Game 2 win on Friday night.
Ryan will have a disciplinary hearing with the league at 5pm et on Saturday afternoon for the incident.
With less than 3:30 left in the third period, Ryan and Blum were battling for the puck behind the Predators net. Ryan had Blum pinned against the boards and with both players not able to get the puck, Ryan stomped the blade of his skate down on the top of Blum's foot.
No penalty was called on the play, and while he didn't address the play after the game, Predators coach Barry Trotz seemed to think that the league would be considering some supplementary discipline.
"There's a couple of incidents the league will look at, they see everything," Trotz told the Tennessean.

Typical Dirty Ducks team. I am surprised Perry didn't get a call to the carpet for his spear to the groin of Rinne after the second period ended in game 1.
