Wayne Gretzky Autographed Rookie Card OPC

I have a Wayne Gretzky OPC rookie card that I bought about 20 years ago from a friend. It is in good, not mint, shape. The signature looks authentic but I do not have a COA. My question is what is the best route to go to get this authenticated and appraised. And if I decide to sell, what is the best way to do that.

Send it to PSA/DNA or BGS/JSA

Any scans? I've been collecting Gretzky autos for 10 years and have a pretty good grasp at the different variations he's signed over the years.

I heard Gretzky only signed 2 or 3 rookies for his wife and kids.

That's not true. I've owned a handful, both topps and opc, and Gretzky did sign them when be had a private signing for $200 each

The friend that sold me this card used to go to several Winnipeg Jets games when he was young. He got the autograph from Gretzky after one of those games when he came to town.
