Thoughts on grading my new Roy auto

I pulled a Roy Marks of Distinction Auto /25 from this year's SPA. I have never had a card graded, but I am seriously considering getting this one done simply because I think the card will grade very well and I think I could get quite a bit more for it with a good grade on Ebay with BIN/OBO. They have been going for about 125-150 ungraded. Please give me your thoughts on the benefit of having it graded, both for immediate resale and possible future sale if I decide to hang on to it.

Also, if anyone has experience with grading certified auto cards, should I go with BGS or PSA and how much am I going to spend all said and done? Thanks.

If grading go with BGS...better service and collector like it more..

As for grading the card, i wouldn't unless you think its a 9.5-10

    You got to be sure

I actually dont think you should get this card graded at all. There is almost no room for increased sale value unless it comes back a 10 IMO. The only types of cards that significantly increase their values by getting graded are rookies and vintage

It is very difficult to get a perfect grade on any card. And unless this got a perfect grade it isnt worth it. Grading is expensive, once you pay to get the card there and back plus the grading fees. It may look perfect to you but there could be tiny imperfections that would drop it from a 10 to a 9.5 or even 9. Very risky in my opinion.
