Um maybe the complaints are bang on. Just saying that how is an offensive and gifted skill player supposed to produce on the 3rd and 4rd lines? Don't worry though because Montreal has Gomez to score lots on the 1st and 2nd lines.
Thanks Montreal for Grabovski as Toronto needed him.

You can keep him. No regrets at all giving up that individual.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

2 thumbs up for AK46! :)
We know that this guy doesn't speak out his mind and I'm happy that the russian journalists made him do it this summer and that created some activity outside of the hockey season for the habs to discuss about.
If used correctly last season with proper ice time and PP, he would be the 1st or 2nd in pts with the habs with plekanec.
If Jacques Martin believes that putting him on the 3rd or 4th lines more than half the season to punish him when his head is somewhere else would help him get motivated, then he's wrong and he's wasting a talented player's time on the ice.
Gomez is more than lazy, but he's getting much more ice time than AK which doesn't make sense at all.
Now people are talking about trading him.
Getting rid of AK will probably be the worst trade of the habs of the next decade if they let him go for a player not even worth the quarter of his value. This player has the potential to score 40+ goals a season. No one will give a good offer for now since the other teams will mention that he's not that great right now, knowing that they want the habs to let him go for cheap to take the opportunity.
I guess that AK needs to sit with Jacques Martin together more often after games to get better relationships, so it won't be that easy for Martin to get mad at his mistakes and put him on the 3rd or 4th line after a mistake or bad game.
