Is this Modano a base or parallel?

I was going through a binder and was checking the BV's of some cards. This one puzzled me. In the OPG, it says:

1996-97 Upper Deck Ice #82 Mike Modano BV $1.50
1996-97 Upper Deck Ice Acetate Parallel #82 Mike Modano BV $50

This card is 100% acetate and is definitely "see through", so is this the base (BV $1.50) or the parallel (BV $50)? It still has the thin sleeve on the front of the acetate that Upper Deck put on to keep it from getting scratched. Let me know what you guys think and thanks for any help in advance!

This 115-card set is a partial parallel version of the regular Upper Deck Ice set and features a special Light F/X acetate card design. The set contains three subsets: Ice Performers (1-75) inserted at the rate of 1:9 with a bronze design, Ice Phenoms (76-105) inserted at the rate of 1:47 with a silver design, and Ice Legends (106-115) inserted at the rate of 1:325 with a gold design. The World Juniors subset, present in the regular issue, is not included in the parallel version, leaving the set complete at 115 cards.

When I type Modano Ice 82 (player name, product, card number) into the OPG, only these 2 cards come up.

1996-97 Upper Deck Ice #82 Mike Modano BV $1.50
1996-97 Upper Deck Ice Acetate Parallel #82 Mike Modano BV $50
