    whitney's gone????

hey everyone..i know this isn't a card related subject..but if some of you remember whitney from panini..she was the best person to talk to when this whole redemption fiasco happened with panini..she was always great help and would go out of her way to help us out...i just called to check on some redemption's and asked for her..and they said she no longer is employed here...hope she didn't get fired or nothing maybe they thought she was helping us out a little too much or something..i know the job pool is very very slim out there...hope she found something better and that's the reason she is not there...maybe ud grabbed her...but the person i just talked too was still very helpful..but just not the whit-myster!!!!

I was excited for a moment and was hoping that Ray Whitney had finally retired.

    Wishful thinking I guess.

I've been fortunate that I haven't had to deal with redemption replacements, so I never had the pleasure of working with Whitney to satisfy my customer demands, but her name came up in many a good discussion.

I will say, the person I spoke with yesterday was pretty good! Within 60 minutes she had all of my redemptions (minus Kovalchuk) pulled, packed and fedex!
