    New Hockey Card Collector

    Hey everyone,

    I just started collecting hockey cards...been wanting to get into it for a while.

    I bought a random starter box kinda thing at target that had 5 packs of UD cards from 05-08 and it also came with 100 cards, mostly from 1990-91 from basically every company.

    It was cool to see all the different companies and card designs so I could figure out which ones I liked best.

    Obviously for $10 I didn't get anything amazing but I was happy to get a few cool cards that were a little exciting.

    Here are my favorite cards I got out of my first box:
    John Leclair RC
    Scott Niedermayer RC
    90-91 Ron Hextall
    89-90 William M Jennings Trophy - Andy Moog/Rejean Lemelin
    90-91 Brendan Shanahan
    Wendel Clark
    Peter Stastny
    Dino Ciccarelli
    Brian Leetch
    Igor Larionov

    There were a few more pleasant surprises from the early 90s I found but these are the ones I remember off the top of my head.

    As you can tell I'm a Flyers fan do I'm keeping anything with current or former Flyers.
