never thought i'd say this, but at this given point in time, I think hockey cards have more value than a college degree. lol

I never though I'd ever her someone say that?
You obviously aren't educated at a college level.
That is one of the silliest statements I have ever heard. Absurd.
Some people are absolutely obsessed to a frightening level with this cardboard stuff............

And I'll be busting neither, because why waste my $350 when I can just buy singles I want for a fraction of the price

They need to fight til the death! If I have the money, I will make them match up in the squared circle! In a cage! Winner take all! Loser dies!

I won't be busting either but buying singles, most likely The Cup Limited Logos/Signature Patches/Honorable Numbers. I have yet to see hard-signed, non-rookie patch cards of guys I collect from Panini that can go up against the above-mentioned Cup sets so until then I give the edge to The Cup.

Absolutely ridiculous. I'll take my (future) degree and you can have all the box breaking you want.

Take it into current economic context where the unemployment rate in the US is nearing 10% and only 18,000 jobs were created in the month of June, what he said ain't untrue.. Those new jobs don't even cover the amount of young 'uns who graduated from college or university. Not even close. There is some scary crap going on down there and I'm afraid we ain't seen the worst of it yet.
But stay in school, kids! At least if you don't make it out with a job, you hopefully won't wait too long with a diploma in hand.
