    ....

third degree boating while intoxicated and the refusal of a blood or urine test.

Only in America.....Lol. Hard to believe that some States have specific degrees of guilt. When Americans come to Canada and have had a previous DUI, even 20 years ago, they are stunned to find that they cannot gain entry to Canada.

Laws are either broken or unbroken, in the USA it's sort of broke the law, but not really breaking the law.

3rd degree boating while intoxicated??? LOL, LOL, LOL...... What in the the World is 2nd Degree, and 1st Degree Boating while intoxicated then?

A side note for Jets fans: When he was booked, Byfuglien was weighed and he came in at a whopping 286 pounds. He played at approximately 245 pounds last year.

Lay off the Pies big boy. lol.

Looks like he's added a few pounds of Baconators around his neck. When you have a monsterous bank account there's nothing wrong with going supersize.

He might want to shed a few pounds or else the Jets will throw him in nets (jk, they probably wouldn't even let him play at that weight)
