Can Someone Please Help Explain Redemption's To Me

I understand why they are in place, but when do they become available? For instance I want to get a Fowler ARP Cup card and it is a redemption. So like when does that come out and do you have any idea on the patch or is that just random? Thanks for all the help!

its going to be random for the type of patch you get. As for when you will get it, that depends on when the player returns the card. Some redemption people have waited for multiple years. the last auto patch rc from 05-06 was finally signed this summer after the player lost the cards twice. so it does really depend on the player

Thanks for the help, so if I win the redemption card do I just send the code to Upper Deck right away?

Yes, once you enter the code into their system it is like reserving a copy of the card once it gets returned to Upper Deck and goes through their QC process. Fowler is usually pretty good at returning his cards so hopefully you won't have a very long wait.

Thanks! I am trying to start a PC of his and thats the card I want to spend the most on and was upset it was a redemption. But hopefully I will get a nice patch.
