I just went on to check it and still no progress.
I checked the checklist to see who the card was for and it is no longer listed on the checklist. Does this mean the card is cut and I will get a comparable?

Well I requested a replacement on 9/21/11, it is now10/23/11. I was told I would receive an email right away and a replacement would be sent out. So far I have received neither. As much as I have liked Panini products I will not be purchasing boxes or singles anymore from them. Customer service is and should be number one when it comes to running a successful business and Panini gets an F- .

Panini is terrible, right from 80% of their products to 100% customer service. Upperdeck and ITG have to be smiling right now.

I also redeemed a certified taylor hall rookie red on may 18th 2011 and still nothing but I see these cards everywhere on ebay and for trade.Everytime I try calling them it`s they are having a meeting or a conference or they are closed or in the process of moving yadda yadda yadda.I will never redeem a card again it`s ridiculous and a waste of time especially from Panini!!!

Here why they were in meeting:
The Panini America team returns from the corporate homeland of Modena, Italy, on Monday. And when we arrive back in the office on Tuesday, you can bet we’ll have tons of images and updates from our quality time spent in Modena, Venice and Milan...
