Gotta love the way this one is going to work out. We lure them here with the promise of a Visa then since they are "the evil wealthy" we tax the crap out of them and the liberals protest them being wealthy and argue that we should take their wealth from them.

Technically a Visa is not citizenship but you are close. They can buy being a legal immigrant and then work on becoming a citizen.
