Its a snake draft. Someone who drafts #1 also gets 20 While someone who gets #10 also gets #11.

So the extra picks go to whomever is next in line.

The same thing will happen next round as there will likely be more than 40 hits. So even if you don't get extra for the first 5, you should get extra for the next 5.
