Where is the Coverage on this??
Where is ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, Etc on this???? They are TAX EXEMPT and get away with this. If this was a Conservative group this would be on EVERY station 24 hrs per day. I am so tired of this PILE of DUNG we call media. If you are against Oshama your all over the news. The Conservatives of this Country better wake up and VOTE like crazy or we are DOOMED in this country.

I'd say that this is more of a product that a lot of news channels are more into the celebrity reporting type of thing than actual stories. As for the plan, I'm not really sure why they would harass FOX employees. No media outlet, tax exempt or not should be harassing employees or people of whatever they are investigating. If they want to monitor what FOX does to see if they are doing anything shady I guess they have that right though. They are a member of the media. As for the tax exempt issue I'm not really sure if that means they can or can't do certain things. I'm not that educated in the matter.
As for the "If you are against Oshama your all over the news." That's usually how things happen. If you are against something any president is trying to do it's typically reported. When there is an issue they usually report sides for and against it especially if it's a high profile issue, with the opposition receiving more of the attention. Take the birth control issue for example. The people getting most of the air time are the people opposed to it. It's to create a discussion and report both sides of the matter.

They claim to be a educational organization. In reality, they are just a media hitman for the Democrat party. In order to retain their exempt status, they cannot have a political purpose. It is obvious that they do.

Yeah, as a tax lawyer, I'm sure you know all about these tax-ex charities like Media Matters or The Leadership Foundation. They don't have any political leanings !

The difference is that Media Matters is in the news just about every day, and its opinions are given instant credibility by the mainstream news media. On the other hand, I have never heard of The Leadership Foundation.

Up here in Canada if you're against anything our Conservative government says or does you're anything from a child pornographer to a gangland drug dealer to "as bad as Hitler".
So, it's all relative.

Sorry, I meant to say Leadership Institute. I just had the word foundation in my head. But Judicial Watch and other conservative organizations are given a similar legitimacy to Media Matters.

Is Judicial Watch and Leadership Institute going after CNN, MSNBC, Or other News networks (Anchors)??? I think not. Media matters says "THE WAR ON FOX is on".
