Does Upper Deck ever answer the phone?

I've been calling the 1-800-873-7332 number for a week with no luck. I've also sent an email that hasn't been answered. Is there a different number that I should use?

Are they still away on a company function? Because that's pretty brutal. It is definitely business hours right now for them out in California.

Wasn't that "company function" like a month ago?

    http://upperdeckblog.com/2012/02/ask...tzky-mail-day/

This was posted the other day in another thread but Feb 08,2012 Upper Deck talked about this issue on their blog.

Ask Upper Deck: I have been trying to call Upper Deck Customer Care, but I keep getting messages the team is not available. How can I speak to someone on an issue I am having?
Chris Carlin:We unexpectedly lost some key members of our Customer Care team and are in the process of sourcing for replacements. Unfortunately it is not very easy to go out into the job market and hire someone who knows a lot about our products so it takes awhile to find the right match. If you are a fan of Upper Deck Sports Cards living in the Southern California area and would love the opportunity to join the team with an entry level position with our Customer Care group, we encourage you to apply today by clicking here.
In the meantime the Customer Care staff has been working dutifully on answering emails received from consumers and we are dedicating other resources to help them out. We anticipate representatives will be back to taking consumer calls in the next 2-3 weeks and we will provide an update once they are back on the phones full-time.

So...the customer care team got fed up and all quit?

    Makes sense.
