SCF BGS Bulk Submission Round 4. Sign-Ups will start on 3/13 and close on 4/3. Members must meet the following criteria in order to submit their cards for grading.

• Must not have any recent negative or neutral feedback within the last 6 months or had any disputes opened up against them that were not resolved.
• Must not have a No Buying/Selling/Trading Tag.
• Must not have a No Buying/Selling/Trading Until Profile Is Complete tag.
• Must not have a permanent Must Send First tag.

SCF does not guarantee a certain grade of your card(s). SCF is not responsible for any card(s) that get lost or damaged if you haven't chosen to get your cards insured to the submission moderator or insured from the submission moderator back to you.

How will this work?:
When there is a grading submission sign up available we will need to have at least 100 cards to send in. This is in conjunction with the Canada Sign up thread as well (if there is one going on). This is done in order to get the special pricing given to us by BGS. Once you post in grading thread that you want a specific # of cards graded and your name is added to the list, you are then obligated to follow through. You have until the close of the grading submission to change or cancel your order, after it is closed you are obligated to SCF rules. Once the grading submission is closed all transactions will be placed in the trade manager, if you back out regardless of confirming in the trade manager you will receive negative feedback, it will not go through the dispute process. If I need to change any terms of the submission then you will be allowed to remove your cards with no penalty.

When do you ship your cards, and when do you pay for your submission?:
Each submission will be given a sign up deadline. If at the end of that deadline we have at least 100 cards then you then have 3 business days to ship as per SCF Rules once posted and confirmed in the trade manager to mail your cards out. If at the deadline we do not have 100 cards I will either close the submission or extend it to see if it will fill up.

Once the deadline closes all transactions will be placed in the trade manager. Please pay with Cash TTM (At Your Own Risk), Money Order, Personal Check. I can't accept paypal as they have a 21 day restriction on my account to get to my funds. Please note that if anyone bounces a personal check my bank will charge me $25 which I would expect to be reimbursed, if not it will result in a negative feedback.

How are you expected to ship your cards?:
Members are expected to send in a padded mailer. No plain white envelopes (PWE'S) will be accepted. It is not mandatory, but members are encouraged to send with delivery confirmation so we know you sent a package out. If you are shipping a high dollar card(s) then it is recommended that you use insurance and/or tracking in case the package gets lost or damaged.

How many cards can you submit?:
Members may submit Unlimited amount.

Can I submit the same card as another member?:
If you are submitting a non serial numbered card then only one of that card will be allowed in the submission. The first member to submit that card via post will be the one to submit it. The same member may submit multiples of the same non serial numbered card. If your card can be distinguished by a serial number then multiple submissions from multiple members will be allowed.

What is your cost?:

• Price per card multiplied by the # of cards being submitted.
  +
• $1 if your card is a certified pack pulled auto (if applicable)
  +
• Shipping to the grading company (includes insurance for total BV of all cards). Cards Not Priced Due to Scarcity do not count towards the insurance amount when shipped to BGS. Cost of shipping divided by the amount of members in submission. This hasn't been more than $2 the past 3 submissions.
  +
• Shipping from grading service to submission mod $32.00 (s/h + insurance based on total BV) Cards Not Priced Due to Scarcity do not count towards the insurance amount when shipped from BGS to myself divided by the amount of members. This hasn't been more than $4 the past 3 submissions.

• Shipping from the submission mod back to the members, d/c is included. Based on the amount of cards being shipped + any additional requests by member i.e insurance or signature confirmation, will charge actual postal rates.

I will mail via padded mailer (up to 4 cards) which includes d/c automatically on all orders requiring $200 of insurance or less. I can add insurance as well as signature confirmation. All other packages will be brought to the PO. First class up to 13 ounces is a follows:

So first I hope to see more repeat members from the previous 3 rounds! Secondly I want to cover a couple things before this opens on 3/13...

• If you back out after the submission is closed you will receive negative feedback. By backing out after it's closed and I have calculated everything you will then make me re-calculate everything again by doing this. It makes no difference if the deal in the trade manager is confined or not.
  
• Also as far as sending the cards and payment. Once in the trade manager and confirmed you have 3 business days to ship your cards/payment to me. Now I'm pretty easy going and if it's 4 or so not a big deal. But in the past 3 rounds there have been a handful of members that have waited 7 days or more before they sent out. Doing this causes a delay in getting the cards to BGS and holds the entire submission up. Please keep this in mind.
