I stopped because of my teeth. I wanted them in 40 years.

I cut out food dyes, too.

"Harris' partner, Chris Hodgkinson, testified that Harris drank between 8 and 10 liters (2.1 and 2.6 gallons) of regular Coke every day -- that's more than 20 12-ounce drinks."

    And I thought I was bad at 4 12oz cans a day.

Sorry to hear about this story my thoughts go out to her family and friends.

While I am sure that her Coke addiction played a significant role in her death, it is hard to point the finger at just Coke.

Hodgkinson also said Harris ate little and smoked about 30 cigarettes a day.

So she consumed excessive amounts of Coke, had a poor diet and smoked 1 1/2 packs of cigarettes a day. Kinda hard to place the blame on just Coke.

Horrible. 30 years old, mother of EIGHT, and she couldn't even take care of herself?

If nothing else, perhaps her tragic life will serve as a wake-up call to others to live more responsibly. Seeing a lot of people's health habits (or lack thereof, rather) these days, there are alarming trends.

4 12oz a day is still really bad.

Doubt it. People will use the 'oh, it can't happen to me!' saying.
