I'm really happy that in nowadays there are penny sleeves for thick card...

At early 00's when super-thick cards started to appear in the market, oh gosh!
It WAS really difficult to put those cards in those regular penny sleeves!
I was forced to bend those sleeves with my both index finger to make enough room of those darn thick cards....

Steady hands my friend! And a little gentle persuasion, and don't rush it... = Success!

This only applies to me after a whole bunch of trial and error!

I usually insert one side of the card into the penny sleeve at a 45 degree angle, roll the other side of the penny sleeve between my fingers and slide the other corner of the card into the rolled penny sleeve corner. Works this way for me.

I too was having issues of damaging cards while putting them into the very thing that is supposed to protect them -- quite the oxymoron

As for lower end "thicker" cards, I just keep them in the 50-count or so plastic holders all together.

both was best offer buys and was in communication with seller about condi, tion of said cards

got today, thicker toploader ,both card in it, no penny sleeve for either , and both squeezed into the one thicker toploader

lucky enough it looks like the chrome isnt scratched nor is the rc auto and the corners and edges look fine ,

needless to say I left neutral feedback with a message about the no pennysleeve both cards in one toplaoder together

I'm going to stick with the regular ones for now. I can't imagine those cut sleeves looking good in pocket pages, which is how I store my Mask card collection.

I keep only the good stuff in sleeves. Plus any of my PC I tend to put in sleeves, even base for some reason.
I absolutely hate when you think you have a corner in then it gets hung up. I've actually messed up the corner of a thicker card doing that. But at least it is PC.

They do make thicker card penny sleeves, but I've never really bothered.
When it comes to shipping I try to do my best on protecting cards. I can't always put everything in a sleeve, would just be too pricey to sleeve it all. I often worry that something will move in the team bag I put stuff in and a corner will get dinged.
