Yupppp! Congrats on putting that set together. You probably are already aware of another series about ancient Rome, but if not check out the HBO series "Rome". It is also very well done and very enjoyable.

I was a fan of HBO rome as well. But Spartacus is better. Can't wait to have blu-ray set of season 3...

and they will shoot season 4 next fall...

Spartacus is a mix of ''HBO's Rome, 300 : the movie and Gladiator movie. Im gonna say its rated ''R'', full of free bloody violence and sex. ''The boldest show on television'' :)

I never seen something like that ...

for those who didnt know the show ...

Season 1 - Spartacus : Blood & Sand (13 episodes)

(fan made but really good)

Season 2 - Spartacus : Gods of the Arena (prequel of 6 episodes)


Season 3 - Spartacus : Vengeance (10 episodes)

The one on the top is Andy Whitfield. He had the leading role in season one. Honestly, I think the show was as good because of his performance. Unfortunately, our warrior died in september 2011 because of a cancer, at the age of 39 years old. This is why the replaced him for season 3 and beyond. Whitfield signed just few hundreds of this card ( I heard 200) and its now extremely rare. The card sell alone for around 300$ on the bay since his death.

Love the show. So sad about Whitfield but glad to see you have his auto. Even though the new Spartacus is pretty good, Whitfield was that much better in the role.

I was ready to give a chance to the new Spartacus, aka Liam McIntyre, even if real fans asked production to not continue the show. But after 10 episodes, he still not convince me. He is far from Whitfield. Very disapointing.
