    1. If you get your end of the deal, either the card or the code, a neutral is really the lowest you can go.

    2. Leave it now. He's sent you what he's had to send you. Panini can sometimes take up to 2-3 months to send out live cards, and it's not really fair to your deal partner to have the feedback held up when he's done all he can.
