Top al-Qaeda leader killed in drone strike.

    http://www.cnn.com/2012/06/05/world/...html?hpt=hp_t1

This administration's determination in crushing al-Qaeda is something that to me, just can't be questioned.

In the end do you think this helps or hurts Obama?

I mean, many Liberals are very much AGAINST all of these drone attacks, especially since there have been Americans that have been killed without due process.

The GOP doesn't care if Obama kills EVERY SINGLE al-Qaeda member on this planet....they will NEVER give him credit or vote for him.

Obama's base is the Dems and Liberals, but Liberals are AGAINST these drones....this is a "Catch-22".

    What should Obama do?

I would like to think I hear most things in politics... and i have never heard any such word. If they are talking about this no one is listening...

I personally think Obama has done a great job with these drones. But the real credit goes to Bush for making these and the special forces available. Same with UBL getting killed. Thanks to the "enhanced interrogations" we had the info to get him.

But Obama deserves a lot of credit for keeping Gitmo open, using the drones and staying the course in Afghanistan and Iraq, all against his campaign promises.

His big mistake was staying "we can't turn our backs to atrocities" in Libya and then he turns his back to the atrocities that are going on right now in Syria. Also, it's his mistake for relying on the UN to act around the world. Allowing China and Russia to dictate what happens is his biggest foreign policy blunder.

Libya and Syria are completely different beasts. You simply cannot treat them the same way. Even Romney knows that.
