i have no problem with getting rid of unnecessary tax breaks and welfare. Now we might disagree on what is unnecessary but we are on the same page. My issue is the people who say that rich businesses, just like rich individuals "make enough so they should pay more."

Rich businesses and Rich individuals are allowed opportunities that the Middle Class are not because the Middle-Class are taxed at source on their income.

The rich are not taxed at source on their income, because they do not make themselves salaried employees, thus, they get away with paying paltry sums in the neighborhood of 11-13% tax.

Middle Class wage earners cannot escape for less than about 20% tax, as their income is taxed at source.
