how to list an ebay auction to get the most money?

Right now theres a 05 spx Carnell Williams jsy/auto /250 on ebay and its $3 dollars short of $300. I wanna get close to the same he has gotten for that, so im looking at his auction and trying to do everything the same except copy the description word for word.

any other suggestions besides making it so it ends past 8pm, and someone from ebay siggested having it only last for 3 days.

just depends what day it is, chances are you don't want to have it end on a Fri, Sat, or Sunday night for that matter. If a 3, 5, or 7 day auction would be better, then go for that. Just from buying and selling I've noticed that those 3 days tend to draw less bidders
