Paypal Question? Please Help.

Hello All

I have a quick question any ideas will help

OK

So about a month and a half ago I made a trade/sale with a member on the site.

The deal was:

I sent:
Card A
30 Paypal

He was supposed to send:
Card B

This is the second time I have been ripped off (1 was huge this one was small).

But this is the first involving money on Paypal

Is there anything I can do?

I am sure I am not getting the cards.

Its not just about the money its more the principle.

Please LMK if there is anything I should do

Contact PayPal and file a dispute with them. They should be able to help. As long as you didn't send via Gift, you should have no problem getting a refund. Good luck!

What Richard said is mostly true, although you only have 45 days to file a claim. Hopefully you are ok for time.

I think that the 45 days have past

I emailed the guy and am waiting for a response I am also going to contact Paypal

just give them a call and they will help all your problems, just make sure the a file is made about this problem before 45 of the paypal transaction because i dont know if they could help you otherwise..

I just checked and the deal was done 53 days ago

So I guess I'm out of luck
