oh what to do what to do - I only need 4 cards to complete the 10 11 artifacts tundra tandems and trios patch /40 sets. i bought this on ebay from a guy from germany 3 months ago and it never arrived no emails nothing. losing my mind here lol

Did you not file a claim before 45 days? Too late now if you didn't.

and yes centreice i did send a claim and got my money back, but was still missing my PC piece and not able to find another, until the shill seller came along. i told her right up front, if your boyfriend bids once i will not bid again. i won for a reasonable amount - i would have gladly paid double - and shipped in a reasonable amount of time, so i am happy - just missing 10 11 artifacts tundra trio /40 semin backstrom green now for the whole set!!!

I love the tag line text in his auction. "There are too many PayPal claims going through" Lol.

He has 62 feedback, how would he even know what a Paypal Claim is at this point, unless all the claims are against him, which it looks like they are.
