When is the earliest you sent out Spring Training TTM's?

Just wanted to see when the earliest you've sent them out?

Is there a such a thing as to early and teams send them back?

Also worried about sending them to early and they just sit in a box and get lost.

The earliest I'll ever send is February 15th. In fact, my best success rates tend to come from TTMs sent out in those last two weeks of February. Before that I've really never had any luck and stuff can get sent back. There definitely is such a thing as too early.

I have even done early to mid March and made out fine, but as stated V-Day is the earliest to avoid a RTS by the ST facility.
