So I just learned about TTM's not too long ago and sent my first two the other day, how does TTM work through email? Do you email the person asking for an autograph and then that person sends you something out of his/her own dime?

Basically, yeah. You will most likely get more failures than successes though. Make sure you check out the ttm manager, where you can find information regarding success and failures as well as addresses and email addresses. If you see a "1/0 success" it means that the success was from email.
