    Check out what I got in the mail from Panini today!

    This was a redemption that just came in. I was scared already because the envelope was torn. Card was apparently taped into the toploader, but broke somewhere along the way. The card was half out of the toploader and looks like someone stomped on it:

    Ouch. Get in touch with their CS people and hopefully they can remedy the situation for you. Probably will take a while with Christmas holidays and all that, but nobody should be stuck with such an ugly card.* One would assume that it was damaged by the mail people since it was already torn open so hopefully that doesn't have any adverse effect on the QC process.

    *And I'm not just saying that because of who's on the front. Maybe. ;)

    Yeah it really looks like a combination of the tape breaking on the case + something bad happening in the mail... The bubble mailer was not in good shape when it got here.

    I've only ever had 2 redemptions from them and neither even had tape on them. They were out there & loving every minute of it - flipping & flopping :/
